Principal Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Act as a finance business partner to Revvity’s corporate functions and an international operating segment.

• Oversee a budget exceeding $50M.

• Assist Finance, Digital, HR, and other corporate leaders with financial reporting, forecasting, and annual planning processes.

• Proactively lead initiatives in process and reporting automation, business integration, and financial modeling and analysis.

• Provide consistent updates to senior leadership and impact decision-making through data-driven analytics.

• Collaborate with global functions to establish, monitor, and report on financial objectives while executing strategic initiatives.

• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of financial outcomes.

• Propel enterprise integration and transformation efforts across global functions.

• Facilitate monthly business reviews, month-end financial closures, and annual operating plan submissions.

• Collaborate with Digital Finance on company restructuring and the implementation of S/4HANA and SAP Central Finance.

• Enhance process efficiency through automation, standardization, and advanced analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in a finance position.

• Highly driven, detail-oriented, and accountable team player.

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

• Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with various global functions.

• Comfortable presenting to senior management.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Excel macros, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar data analysis/visualization tools is advantageous.

• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, Workday, or similar systems is a benefit.

• Experience in a matrixed, multi-currency, and international organization is preferred.

• Background in Life Science, Diagnostics, or related industries is a plus.

• Proficiency in German is an additional benefit.
