This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance a phased validation system
• Set standards for experience measurement throughout the product lifecycle
• Create scalable methods for early customer engagement
• Identify requirements for behavioral data and instrumentation
• Ensure that readiness conclusions are based on both customer feedback and observed behaviors
• Construct and manage a comprehensive experience measurement framework
• Convert measurement data into clear, evidence-based insights
• Collaborate with Product teams to establish common measurement baselines
• Over 8 years of experience in quantitative UX research, mixed-methods research, or product insights
• Strong foundation in quantitative analysis and statistics
• Proven ability to connect customer feedback with observed behaviors
• Familiarity with UX measurement frameworks (e.g., HEART, UMUX-Lite, CSAT)
• Experience in managing staged rollouts, preview programs, or feature-flagged releases
• Excellent synthesis skills across various signal types with clear communication
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure in undefined areas
