This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the comprehensive execution of a global portfolio encompassing Tier 1 and Tier 2 third-party and proprietary events, converting global strategy into specific plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Take ownership of the planning and execution of industry conferences, sponsorships, hosted experiences, and proprietary programs across various regions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Field Marketing, Content, Design, Sales, SDRs, and Marketing Operations to implement integrated event campaigns.
• Propel event programs that yield measurable pipeline and customer engagement through meeting initiatives, lead capture, attendee journeys, and post-event follow-ups.
• Oversee global sponsorship initiatives and contractual obligations, including booths, staffing, speaking opportunities, customer events, and executive activations.
• Manage agencies and vendors responsible for production, logistics, shipping, and on-site execution.
• Handle event budgets, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
• Direct project management across intricate workstreams, fostering stakeholder alignment and accountability.
• Create scalable processes, templates, and workflows to ensure consistent global execution.
• Offer daily guidance and mentorship to event managers and coordinators.
• Monitor performance, assess pipeline influence, and deliver post-event analysis and insights in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
• Continuously assess programs to enhance attendee experience, operational rigor, and overall effectiveness.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in Tier 1 global industry events, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing with an enterprise focus.
• A proven history of driving pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact in rapidly growing environments.
• Strong understanding of executive-level engagement and messaging tailored for complex buying committees and large-scale deals.
• Extensive experience utilizing Salesforce and Tableau to assess pipeline health and provide reporting for executives.
• Exceptional capability to navigate uncertainty, lead cross-functional teams, and establish processes from the ground up.
• B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
