📋 Description

• Establish the technical vision, long-term architecture, and engineering roadmap for online banking solutions.

• Spearhead solution design, conduct architecture reviews, and guide technical decision-making for intricate initiatives across various teams.

• Evaluate legacy systems, platform architecture, application code, infrastructure, and production settings.

• Detect root causes, assess technical risks, and pinpoint modernization opportunities across diverse technology stacks.

• Create and enhance scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable platforms.

• Promote observability, minimize technical debt, enhance reliability, and advance DevSecOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.

• Offer technical leadership to geographically distributed teams through mentorship, code reviews, proof-of-concepts, critical feature development, incident investigations, architecture forums, and engineering standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of software engineering experience, including the architecture and delivery of large-scale enterprise platforms.

• More than 10 years of experience in designing and developing distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and modern software delivery platforms.

• At least 8 years of experience in leading technical strategy, making architecture decisions, and overseeing software delivery across multiple engineering teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military experience.

• Familiarity with digital banking or financial technology domain areas.

• Experience in cloud or platform transformation focus areas.

• Knowledge in engineering excellence focus areas.
