Principal Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance technical patterns and guidelines for both backend and frontend development.

• Lead collaborative platform initiatives.

• Define and uphold standards for performance, reliability, security, and accessibility.

• Drive architecture and system design for complex projects.

• Shape and improve our building and operational processes on Azure.

• Promote enhancements to the developer experience.

• Serve as a mentor and line manager for Staff and Senior Engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience working in product companies.

• Proficiency with distributed systems utilizing Spring Boot (Kotlin/Java), React, and TypeScript.

• Experience in defining and implementing technical guidelines and architectural patterns.

• Strong expertise in Azure.

• Solid understanding of secure coding practices and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in personnel management and coaching senior developers.

• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
