This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, configure, and implement agentic AI solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Create conversational and workflow agents that seamlessly integrate with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and enterprise data sources.
• Build custom Copilot plugins and extensions to enhance agent capabilities, focusing on natural language understanding, task automation, and contextual reasoning.
• Establish agent safety and transparency features in accordance with defined governance frameworks and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into agent configurations and workflows.
• Oversee solution packaging, environment promotion (Dev → Test → Prod), and CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps.
• Manage the delivery lifecycle for agentic and AI-driven solutions, including new feature development, enhancements, defect resolution, upgrades, and production support across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
• Track agent performance and optimize using feedback loops, telemetry, and Power BI dashboards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of overall experience in application engineering and delivery.
• At least 5+ years in a Lead / Senior Engineer role on enterprise application platforms.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in building production GenAI / agentic solutions (chat, copilots, multi-agent orchestration, RAG).
• Strong expertise in Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform connectors.
• Proficient in Dataverse, including data modeling, customization, and plugin development.
• Experience in building and configuring Dynamics 365 Copilot agents and extending agent capabilities within the D365 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM, EIS Suite, and other core systems in insurance.
• Experience in integrating SaaS applications within a complex enterprise environment (identity management, data integration, workflow automation).
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud services, Azure Integration Services, and API Management.
• Familiarity with solution lifecycle management (managed/unmanaged solutions, ALM tooling) and CI/CD processes via Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of source control (Git) and best practices in DevOps.
