This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with the Software Sales teams to define and propose new services and support business objectives.
• Identify the requirements of Sprinklr clients to suggest comprehensive integrated service delivery solutions.
• Create proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs by positioning recommendations for Sprinklr deployment strategies.
• Conduct executive service-sales presentations showcasing Sprinklr's service offerings.
• Document customer requirements, both technical and organizational, during the pre-sale process.
• Craft engaging commercial proposals utilizing a variety of Sprinklr and partner delivery resources.
• Define Statements of Work that encompass scope, effort estimates, and timelines for service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop close plans for strategic opportunities.
• Build relationships with colleagues in success, services, product, sales, and other delivery stakeholders.
• Establish connections with key customers to promote growth and opportunities.
• Update and manage the pipeline while preparing revenue forecasts for Services and Success offerings.
• Prior experience in business development, professional services delivery, or services sales.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Decisive, quick-thinking, reliable, and eager to take ownership.
• Strong attention to detail while being flexible with a positive can-do attitude.
• Passionate about resolving client challenges and dedicated to client satisfaction.
• Preferred experience in the contact center/customer service software industry.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in working within a highly matrixed environment.
• Flexible and proactive self-starter with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Takes initiative and approaches all tasks and projects with proactivity.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must work independently with significant latitude for action and decision-making while maintaining a focus on achieving optimal outcomes for Sprinklr and our customers.
