This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main point of contact for Employee Relations for Manufacturing & Commercial staff located in Canada, while also providing support to client groups in the United States.

β€’ Offer guidance and coaching to leaders, managers, and employees regarding employee relations issues.

β€’ Gather, evaluate, manage, document, and resolve employee complaints and issues in line with company policies and relevant legislation.

β€’ Assist with performance management, disciplinary actions, restructuring, legal matters, investigations, conflict resolution, crisis management, labor relations, and employee relations coaching.

β€’ Create and implement proactive employee and labor relations strategies based on data to identify opportunities and reduce risks.

β€’ Oversee restructuring efforts that result in employee transitions.

β€’ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on complex talent acquisition, leave management, organizational design, restructuring, and other HR-related issues.

β€’ Record cases in ServiceNow and escalate issues to the ER/HR Director as necessary.

β€’ Transform data and insights into actionable recommendations and strategies.

β€’ Lead or assist with ER/HR initiatives and change projects across Operations, Commercial, and Americas Employee Relations teams.

β€’ Report complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR).


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant HR experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent HR experience.

β€’ Bilingual in French and English β€” mandatory.

β€’ Solid understanding of provincial labor legislation.

β€’ Proven track record managing labor-related issues before provincial labor boards.

β€’ Experience in developing and implementing strategies and recommendations for senior leadership.

β€’ Skilled in partnering with, influencing, and coaching senior leadership.

β€’ Strong communication abilities with a demonstrated capacity to coach and influence others.

β€’ Proficient in project management and process mapping.

β€’ Excellent presentation skills.

β€’ Preferred certification in HR.

β€’ Preferred qualifications in project management and process mapping.

β€’ Preferred certification in coaching or conflict resolution.
