This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for any segment or the full scope of the software delivery lifecycle, encompassing requirements, design, implementation, testing, release, and hypercare.
• Delivering robust enterprise-grade ERP solutions, mainly through SQL-driven pipelines while selectively utilizing middleware.
• Offering architectural design guidance and ensuring alignment with team implementation efforts.
• Retaining a business perspective to understand and influence how systems are implemented to meet user objectives.
• Developing systems that meet high-quality standards, where the success of our team’s delivery is a direct outcome of our testing diligence.
• Staying updated on technical advancements within the ecosystem and capable of suggesting modifications based on alternative technologies.
• Engaging in multiple projects simultaneously, managing needs and deadlines effectively.
• Providing technical mentorship and guidance to fellow team members.
• Holds 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a particular emphasis on MS SQL Server.
• Capable of writing, optimizing, and debugging complex T-SQL queries, views, stored procedures, user-defined functions, and triggers to support ETL processes across various systems and databases.
• Implements strong automated error-handling, transaction management, and audit logging mechanisms within database processes.
• Orchestrates data workflows across middleware tools, enterprise platforms, and database layers—including proprietary in-house applications—using API-based, file-based, and replication techniques to enhance performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Develops reusable ETL/ELT frameworks and patterns to standardize integration logic, minimize duplication, and enhance maintainability.
• Analyzes unfamiliar source system schemas and accurately maps data elements to target destinations while adhering to strict business logic.
• Quickly troubleshoots and resolves data mismatches, connectivity issues, or pipeline failures within production environments.
• Conducts regression testing to ensure that database modifications do not adversely affect shared objects, integration processes, or dependent upstream/downstream systems.
• Documents test results, defects, and resolution steps in a structured manner to support audit readiness and pre-production validation.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders and end users to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that integration outputs meet functional requirements before production approval.
• Adheres to change management and control standards when altering production database objects or integration processes.
• Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional work experience.
