This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, integration, and training for Forcepoint's COTS cyber products.
• Provide training, troubleshooting, and on-site support for customers, including assistance with version upgrades.
• Create technical documentation, such as as-built designs, requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Generate executive briefings and deliverables suitable for customer and Forcepoint leadership presentations.
• Conduct technical briefings for both customers and Forcepoint corporate leadership.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for key accounts.
• Collaborate with account executives and sales leadership to achieve technical victories, support renewal strategies, identify expansion opportunities, and shape customers’ long-term security roadmaps.
• Design and lead intricate REST API integration projects across SIEMs, SOAR platforms, identity providers, and cloud-native services.
• Offer technical mentorship to junior engineers regarding API and automation best practices.
• Act as the primary advocate for customer feedback to Forcepoint's product and engineering leadership.
• Document and escalate product deficiencies and feature requests to impact the product roadmap.
• Function as the technical lead within the Professional Services team.
• Mentor and nurture Associate and Senior engineers on deployment practices, integration techniques, and standards for customer engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related discipline.
• More than 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, encompassing practices/methodologies, application design, and/or operational environments.
• In-depth knowledge of DLP, CASB, SSE, DSPM, and network administration.
• Proficient in advanced Windows, macOS, and Linux/Unix administration, including software distribution methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of security design and architecture, Active Directory/LDAP/IDP, computer virtualization, and cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with enterprise network architecture, zero trust networking, SD-WAN, advanced firewall/proxy configurations, and hybrid/cloud network security design.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with customers and across various internal departments.
• Experience diagnosing complex installation or application issues.
• Capability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the Forcepoint product suite.
• Proficient in Python, shell scripting, SQL, and XML.
• Expertise in REST API integration and automation development.
• Experience with SOAR orchestration tools such as Splunk SOAR, Palo Alto XSOAR, or similar platforms.
• Possession of cloud professional certifications such as CCSP, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Cloud certification at the professional or specialty level is required.
• Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat-informed defense strategies.
• Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II or III certification is preferred for roles involving government engagements.
