Concierge Security Engineer 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain exceptional partnerships with clients.

• Provide direct support for Arctic Wolf's network and endpoint security solutions.

• Investigate security incidents and events.

• Configure, troubleshoot, and validate data sources.

• Promptly address or escalate customer inquiries for guidance, information, or support.

• Collaborate with other teams as necessary.

• Engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders through effective communication.

• Integrate responsibilities that span IT security analysis, security architecture, and incident response consulting.

• Effectively communicate, educate, and disseminate information to individuals without technical backgrounds.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in a security role.

• Strong understanding of security architecture principles.

• A degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent certifications and experience.

• Excellent skills in building partnerships and relationships in a professional environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with security testing and forensics tools.

• Experience in malware analysis.

• Proficiency in scripting or coding.

• Experience in incident response.

• Knowledge of authentication and identity management practices.

• Understanding of risk management, assessment, and common compliance frameworks.

• Experience with penetration testing and attack simulations.

• Background checks are mandatory.

• Authorization to access software or technology regulated under U.S. export control laws and regulations, if applicable.
