Principal Cybersecurity Architect – Identity & Access Management for AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical authority on identity and access management (IAM) for AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and autonomous AI agents.

• Serve as the main expert on AI identity security.

• Lead strategic initiatives across cybersecurity, cloud platforms, governance, risk management, compliance (GRC), legal, and business units.

• Represent the organization in external discussions regarding AI security standards.

• Establish the long-term IAM architecture for AI systems and agents.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of AI agents.

• Ensure a continuous chain of human ownership and traceability for all autonomous agents.

• Design and implement access control patterns for AI workloads.

• Collaborate with GRC and privacy teams to guarantee proper governance of AI agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on IAM.

• More than 7 years in Principal/Senior Architect positions within large-scale enterprise or cloud-native settings.

• In-depth knowledge of AWS IAM (including roles, policies, SCPs, and federation) and AWS Identity Center.

• Proficient in AWS Bedrock Identity/AgentCore and similar frameworks.

• Expert understanding of Zero Trust architecture and its relevance to AI/agentic workloads.

• Outstanding capability to simplify complex technical risks for executive stakeholders.
