📋 Description

• Oversee strategic consulting projects aimed at addressing intricate business challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their business goals and convert insights into practical strategies.

• Act as a reliable advisor and strategic collaborator for client stakeholders.

• Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of client accounts.

• Create and implement account strategies that enhance client value.

• Lead the discovery process, strategy formulation, and execution planning.

• Evaluate business opportunities and formulate recommendations.

• Leverage extensive knowledge in digital transformation and technology ecosystems.

• Work in tandem with Consulting Leaders and delivery teams.

• Spot opportunities to refine consulting methodologies.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and represent BlastX Consulting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in management consulting.

• Practical expertise in MarTech, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.

• Proven experience collaborating with C-level executives.

• Strong business insight in digital transformation, marketing strategy, and analytics.

• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete client lifecycle.

• Experience negotiating contracts with mid-market or enterprise clients.

• Capable of managing multiple accounts and navigating competing priorities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

• Capacity to lead several high-impact projects simultaneously.

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
