Principal Consultant, Secure Microsoft 365 Collaboration, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions that integrate Copilot and AI agents.

• Oversee the migration process from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.

• Develop AI-driven workflows and automations utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Create and manage advanced SharePoint Online sites, custom solutions, and scoped knowledge agents.

• Set up and maintain Microsoft Purview for data protection, risk management, and compliance purposes.

• Establish governance for SharePoint Online, including retention policies, sensitivity labels, and controls for external sharing.

• Provide guidance and implement AI governance policies related to Copilot licensing, user access management, and responsible AI practices.

• Take ownership of technical project outcomes and communicate associated risks, impacts, and interdependencies.

• Work collaboratively with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and ongoing support to foster user adoption.

• Monitor developments in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and AI, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and solution innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in SharePoint development, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 security/compliance.

• Demonstrated expertise in deploying and governing Purview, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Power BI Desktop, Defender for O365, and Cloud App Security.

• Extensive technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Active Directory.

• Experience with cross-tenant migration, automation, and multi-tenant environments.

• Proven skills in PowerShell, PnP, Python for AI scripting, JavaScript, C#, JSON, Power Query (DAX), REST APIs, and GraphQL.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, and AI-driven data analytics.

• Strong grasp of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and client engagement abilities.

• Availability during core Eastern Time (EST/ET) business hours.

• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, MS-100, AI-102) are advantageous.
