This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of consulting projects from initial discovery to final implementation.
• Act as the main relationship manager for CARE consulting projects.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with executive leaders and boards.
• Manage projects according to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Attain annual consulting revenue targets through effective relationship management and business development.
• Lead organizational assessments and design initiatives.
• Provide guidance to executive teams on organizational effectiveness, HR strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and overall organizational performance.
• Analyze interviews, focus groups, workforce metrics, engagement surveys, organizational structures, and business data to uncover root causes.
• Develop evidence-based interventions and collaborate with clients throughout the implementation process.
• Facilitate executive retreats, strategic planning sessions, leadership meetings, and leadership development activities.
• Assist organizations during restructuring, growth, succession, and transformation phases.
• Foster alignment among a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Enhance consulting methodologies, playbooks, tools, and implementation resources.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership initiatives, networking, and business development efforts.
• Collaborate with teams across CARE, PositivelyHR, Executive Search, Compensation, Technology, Payroll, and Operations.
• Create analyses, presentations, recommendations, and deliverables for clients.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, HR strategy, or management consulting.
• Experience in advising nonprofit executive teams and boards.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex consulting engagements concurrently.
• Capacity to oversee scope, budget, timeline, and quality while providing an outstanding client experience.
• Exceptional skills in facilitation, executive communication, analysis, project management, and relationship management.
• Ability to identify systemic issues using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Experience in expanding client relationships and supporting business development in consulting or professional services.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to work during Eastern Time Zone hours is required.
• Familiarity with Positive Psychology, Positive Organizational Scholarship, or other evidence-based methodologies is advantageous.
