Principal Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for mid-to-large clients, ensuring consistent communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

• Customize Oracle Cloud HCM to align with client specifications, document application configurations, and guide clients through the execution of test scripts.

• Convert business requirements into Oracle Cloud capabilities, pinpoint gaps, and devise process or system-based solutions.

• Diagnose and rectify functionality concerns, proactively seeking long-term solutions and advising clients on available options, potential risks, and downstream implications.

• Ensure client practices are aligned with validated HCM Cloud methodologies and best-practice solutions, then present and discuss findings both internally and with clients.

• Serve as a thought leader within the Oracle Cloud domain, promoting innovative solutions, facilitating knowledge transfer, conducting internal training, and fostering collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Managed Services within a multi-client setting.

• Involvement in 3 or more full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

• Specialized experience in Benefits and one of the following areas: Payroll, Recruiting, or Workforce Compensation.

• Capability to comprehend fundamental system design and interpret it within a business context.

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and manage mid-sized client projects, encompassing planning, estimation, and delivery.

• A history of fostering enduring client relationships and providing complex solutions.

• Experience in supporting sales as a subject matter expert.

• Proficiency in managing multiple clients and adapting to shifting priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at both business and technical levels.

• Self-driven with the capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Oracle certification in your areas of expertise is preferred.

• An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred, with an advanced degree being advantageous.
