This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain consistent communication with mid to large-sized clients to grasp their needs, concerns, and feedback. Address client inquiries promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Align current client practices and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methodologies to meet client needs and challenges.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Suggest best practice solutions to overcome challenges.
• Identify business requirements and correlate them with the functionalities of Oracle Cloud.
• Recognize functionality gaps and create solutions through process adjustments or design modifications.
• Configure Oracle Cloud to satisfy client requirements and document application setups.
• Analyze and resolve functionality issues while proactively identifying long-term solutions.
• Lead presentations and discussions with clients and internally.
• Advise clients on available options, risks, and any potential impacts on other processes and/or systems.
• Manage scope and client expectations for individual projects and day-to-day tasks.
• Guide and support clients in executing test scripts.
• Engage in internal forums for training, collaboration, issue resolution, and innovative design.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to clients.
• Create specification documents for the development of technical objects.
• Serve as leaders with a vision in the Oracle Cloud space, providing innovative solutions around the product.
• Continuously implement and test advanced enhancements and new functionalities.
• Manage and oversee client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling products or services.
• Develop account plans to maximize value for both clients and Argano.
• Focus on maintenance, reconfiguration, new functionalities, or modules.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional client service and addressing any client issues or complaints.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their goals through the company’s products or services.
• Work closely with internal sales, marketing, project managers, etc., to align client needs with Argano’s offerings.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management and clients, summarizing key performance metrics and the status of client accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. is expected.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Client Services or a related field.
• Module-specific experience in Benefits and Absence Management.
• Proven experience in understanding business practice concepts within your areas of expertise.
• A successful track record of building long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Ability to comprehend fundamental system design and purpose.
• Capacity to engage effectively at both business and technical levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Oracle certification in your areas of expertise.
• Proficiency in OTBI, HDL, HSDL, BIP, Visual Builder Studio, and FastFormula.
• Experience with Redwood implementation and upgrades is highly preferred.
• Competence in managing and delivering projects, including planning and estimating experience.
• Demonstrated ability to support sales as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of common challenges faced by clients and support teams.
• Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team environment.
• Proficient in managing priorities and multiple clients effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to plan work efforts and manage priorities.
• Experience in leading and managing mid-sized client projects independently.
• Experience in delivering complex solutions to clients.
• Extensive expertise in multiple technical domains and IT knowledge.
• Proven history of successful project management and client satisfaction.
