This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee a designated client portfolio or manage clients from the service queue while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries as part of ongoing support for your client base.
• Provide guidance to customers on utilizing the system for payroll processing.
• Support clients with payroll questions and general inquiries.
• Engage in Client Service team meetings.
• Handle incoming customer calls from the support queue.
• Thoroughly and accurately record all customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Promote collaboration with other departments to ensure effective communication for the success of our clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and take initiative to implement beneficial changes.
• Assist with the Distribution function and other areas as necessary.
• Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Experience in SaaS preferred.
• Quick learner with technology through both formal instruction and self-directed training.
