Client Service Manager – Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for account growth and the upselling of additional services, contributing to increased revenue generation.

• Engage in lead generation and new business initiatives, aiding in the acquisition of new clients and opportunities.

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of key client accounts (medium to large size/complexity), ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

• Coordinate the implementation of medium to complex research projects, guaranteeing timely delivery of results.

• Offer comprehensive guidance for the development of sampling strategies and monitor fieldwork performance.

• Maintain excellent daily communication with clients, advising on potential obstacles and corrective measures to ensure the highest level of service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Track project financials and performance metrics, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.

• Provide support to clients in the EMEA region.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in account management and/or project management within market research online panel companies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Background in Research/Statistics/Data Science is advantageous.

• Must be available to work during European office hours.
