This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Risk Advisors on an assigned portfolio, oversee daily service operations and outputs, support various strategic, client-focused initiatives, and lead each client's renewal cycle, ensuring a positive and efficient client experience.
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients, acting independently in a client-facing role on matters of moderate significance and complexity.
• Facilitate the timely and accurate exchange of information between clients and Risk team members, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Manage client open items lists and respond to ad-hoc requests from clients.
• Collect and analyze data, drafting assigned components of stewardship reports and other persuasive presentations tailored to the audience's needs and the context of the presentation.
• Actively support and oversee the renewal process, engaging with account team members as necessary. May draft quote comparisons and is responsible for organizing binders, policies, and endorsements.
• Receive and address routine and complex coverage inquiries.
• Act as the primary client liaison for matters such as certificates, auto IDs, location additions, invoices, Worker’s Compensation posting notices, allocations, premium finance agreements, summaries of insurance, and policy transmittals.
• Monitor and follow up on invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
• Ensure tools are comprehended and utilized effectively. Perform related duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance is required (preferably in an Account Management role).
• A Property & Casualty broker’s license is strongly preferred or must be obtained within 120 days of starting.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate degree is preferred.
• Experience in supporting complex clients is preferred.
