• More than 6 years of experience in implementing Oracle Engagement Cloud and/or Oracle Sales Cloud or other Oracle CX solutions.

• Minimum of 3 complete project experiences through to go-live.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Previous experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems is preferred.

• Certification in the primary area of expertise is preferred.

• Strong programming capabilities.

• Ability to review complex codebases created by others.

• Skill in researching, following up, and resolving intricate issues.

• Experience or knowledge of functional modules.

• Proficiency in understanding, analyzing, and addressing both explicit and implicit requirements.
