Principal Consultant Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding independently, ensuring integration with Employee Central and Recruiting.

• Assist clients throughout all project stages—from analyzing requirements and designing solutions to implementation.

• Facilitate client workshops and supervise the implementation process.

• Maintain ongoing coordination and communication between clients and project teams.

• Assume responsibility for delivering projects on time and within budget, including quality assurance.

• Partner with project management to develop project plans, timelines, and effort estimates.

• Detect risks and issues early, and formulate suitable solutions.

• Oversee testing activities.

• Actively engage in presales efforts, such as responding to RFPs, crafting proposals, and designing solutions.

• Foster lasting client relationships and act as a reliable point of contact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including customization and system configuration.

• Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end projects—from initiation to hypercare.

• Strong commitment to delivery quality, effective time management, and client satisfaction.

• Capability to identify risks early and take proactive measures.

• Analytical and structured mindset, paired with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of HR processes and their application within the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
