• Primary focus on acquiring new logos
• Identify, target, and secure net-new SLED clients within the designated territory
• Develop and implement a territory strategy aimed at whitespace accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Create a self-generated pipeline through outbound initiatives, networking, and industry involvement
• Utilize existing relationships within the SLED ecosystem
• Generate demand through thought leadership in AI, data, and digital transformation
• Shape large, complex deals valued at $5M or more from initial conversations
• Present Nagarro's expertise in AI, cloud, and digital engineering
• Navigate lengthy procurement processes and environments with multiple stakeholders
• Partner with hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google) and regional collaborators to co-develop and secure new opportunities
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales
• Demonstrated success in building a pipeline from the ground up
• Proven ability to close net-new deals of $3M or more
• Established deep connections within the SLED ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of government procurement processes
• Experience collaborating with Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or comparable ecosystems
