📋 Description

• The Oracle Cloud HCM Principal Consultant acts as a functional leader for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, with a focus on Core HR.

• This position involves collaborating directly with client stakeholders to identify business requirements, lead solution design, and implement Oracle Cloud configurations that enhance HR operations and administration.

• The Principal Consultant offers expert knowledge in Core HR while working alongside project leadership, technical teams, and architects to ensure the successful execution of projects.

• Additionally, this role contributes to client relationship management, provides functional leadership for project teams, and promotes the adoption of Oracle HCM best practices.

• Extensive consulting experience is necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
