Principal Consultant – Client Services, Oracle Cloud HCM, Benefits and Absence Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Maintain consistent communication with mid to large-sized clients to comprehend their needs, concerns, and feedback. Promptly address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

• Align current client practices and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methodologies to address client challenges and requirements.

• Troubleshoot various issues as they arise.

• Suggest best practice solutions to overcome challenges.

• Identify business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud capabilities.

• Recognize functionality gaps and devise solutions through process improvements or design adjustments.

• Configure Oracle Cloud to fulfill client specifications and document application setups accordingly.

• Analyze and resolve functionality-related issues while proactively identifying long-term solutions.

• Lead presentations and discussions with clients and internal teams.

• Advise clients on available options, associated risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.

• Manage project scope and client expectations for individual assignments and daily activities.

• Guide and assist clients in executing test scripts.

• Engage in internal forums for training, collaboration, issue resolution, and innovative design.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to clients.

• Draft specification documents for technical object development.

• Act as a visionary leader within the Oracle Cloud domain, providing innovative solutions surrounding the product.

• Continuously implement and test advanced enhancements alongside new functionalities.

• Oversee and manage client accounts, including contract renewals and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.

• Develop account strategies to maximize value for both the client and Argano.

• Focus on maintenance, reconfiguration, new functionalities, or modules.

• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and addressing any client concerns or complaints.

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their business objectives and provide strategic insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals through the company's products or services.

• Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and project managers to align client needs with Argano’s offerings.

• Prepare and present regular reports to management and clients, detailing key performance metrics and the status of client accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc., is preferred.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Client Services or a related field.

• Specific experience in Benefits and Absence Management modules.

• Proven expertise in understanding business practice concepts within your areas of specialization.

• A history of building long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Experience with three full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

• Ability to comprehend fundamental system design and its purpose.

• Proficiency in engaging effectively at both business and technical levels.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Oracle certification in your areas of expertise.

• Familiarity with OTBI, HDL, HSDL, BIP, Visual Builder Studio, and FastFormula.

• Redwood implementation and upgrade experience is highly preferred.

• Capability to manage and deliver projects, including planning and estimating experience.

• Validated ability to support sales as a Subject Matter Expert.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Insight into challenges typically faced by clients and support teams.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Proficient in managing priorities and multiple client engagements.

• Self-motivated with the ability to plan work efforts and manage priorities effectively.

• Experience leading and managing mid-sized client projects independently.

• Experience providing complex solutions to clients.

• Extensive expertise across multiple technical domains and IT knowledge.

• Proven track record of successful project management and client satisfaction.
