Principal Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provides guidance through project management, including planning and strategy for multiple complex or very large projects.

• Manages project team(s) and orchestrates a coordinated effort to achieve and surpass deliverables.

• Ensures continuous improvement of best practice methodologies.

• Conducts resource planning for program management and subject matter experts related to various project activities.

• Publishes and maintains the program management status dashboard and metrics reporting for a diverse array of projects.

• Mentors junior Project Managers on Syniti standards and best practices.

• Develops trusted advisor relationships with senior-level client personnel.

• Resolves complex escalated customer issues while preserving relationships.

• Maintains engagement baseline margin by managing non-billable time and expenses.

• Facilitates Change Orders for out-of-scope items promptly.

• Organizes the project team and coordinates a unified effort to achieve and exceed deliverables.

• Ensures the establishment and adherence to best practice methodologies.

• Coordinates and communicates with the client(s)’ PMO.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12-14 years of SAP Techno-Functional or Functional experience.

• 6 or more full SAP implementation lifecycles.

• Expert-level knowledge of business processes associated with one or more SAP functional modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS, EHS, HCM.

• Over 14 years of experience in IT projects.

• Skilled in Data Migration Project Management.

• Experience leading large-scale teams as an onshore or offshore lead.

• Proficient in Syniti ADM/ADMM/Cransoft/DSP/SAP Data Services or other Data Migration tools.

• Extensive experience in data quality and data migration, including expertise in data warehousing, data analysis, and conversion planning for data migration activities.

• 10 to 12 years of business process experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or other related analytical or technical fields, or at least four (4) years of related experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft® SQL preferred: SQL query skills and a comprehensive understanding of SQL table structure and relational databases.
