This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborates with our external compensation consultant to perform executive and NEO compensation analysis, encompassing base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentive benchmarking against a designated peer group.
• Develops executive-level scenario models (e.g., pay mix, target-setting, vesting, and realizable pay) to guide recommendations.
• Prepares and conducts quality checks on analyses, exhibits, and presentation materials that support Compensation Committee meetings and executive decision-making.
• Assists in the annual proxy / CD&A process, involving data preparation and review of compensation tables, pay-versus-performance, and related disclosures, in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and external advisors.
• Works alongside Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external stock-plan vendors on stock plan administration, including equity grants, reporting, controls, reconciliation, and matters concerning employee and executive equity.
• Aids in the design, modeling, and governance of annual short- and long-term incentive plans, focusing on metric selection, target-setting, and payout structures.
• Leads market pricing, job evaluation, and salary structure development across the organization to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• In partnership with Analytics, creates models, dashboards, and reports that provide leaders with clear and timely insights into pay competitiveness, costs, and program outcomes.
• Acts as a trusted compensation advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, translating complex analyses into straightforward, actionable recommendations.
• Contributes to the creation of compensation communications and leader/manager education materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.
• 8–10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including significant experience in executive and broad-based compensation, incentive/long-term incentive plan design, equity compensation partnership, market pricing, and compensation analytics.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience with public-company compensation processes, including proxy/CD&A support, NEO compensation, and materials for the Compensation Committee.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience collaborating on equity/stock plan administration with Legal, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and external vendors.
• Proven experience leading or assisting with annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, and equity).
• Proficiency in preparing executive-level analyses and presentation materials while supporting senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities, including multi-sheet, scenario-based models.
• Executive presence and the aptitude to convey complex compensation analyses clearly to senior HR, Finance, Legal, and executive audiences.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and judgment when managing sensitive executive and Board-related information.
• Strong financial and business acumen; comfortable reasoning from financial and operational data.
• Advanced analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail; capable of building and defending intricate models.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities, including skills in creating executive- and Committee-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Familiarity with compensation governance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FLSA, pay equity, pay transparency); knowledge of public-company disclosure and securities considerations is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across functions.
