This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform Apollo's corporate narratives, key milestones, and data insights into engaging stories that capture the attention of media, analysts, and customers.
• Create impactful content for external audiences, including contributed articles, data benchmarks, survey reports, executive points of view, and other materials to enhance thought leadership and brand recognition.
• Ensure that narratives align with Apollo’s messaging and support its overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on integrated campaigns, editorial planning, and amplification efforts.
• Lead product public relations to showcase innovation, customer impact, and industry leadership.
• Develop messaging and materials informed by data, including press releases, messaging frameworks, briefing documents, FAQs, talking points, and reactive statements.
• Work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all product communications.
• Provide support for sensitive communications (e.g., data-related topics, platform policies, incidents, and legal or regulatory issues) with sound judgment and executive-ready recommendations.
• Enhance and implement Apollo’s analyst relations strategy, focusing on influence, education, and the establishment of long-term relationships.
• Oversee daily interactions with key analysts, including those from Gartner, Forrester, GZ Consulting, Info-Tech, and others.
• Create materials for analysts, such as briefings, presentations, messaging frameworks, and market points of view.
• Spearhead the planning and execution of all-hands meetings, coordinating agenda development with executive team leaders, speaker preparation, content production, and overall event coordination.
• Generate internal communications content and establish a cross-channel cadence that reinforces Apollo’s narrative and strategy, ensuring employees are aligned with company goals, priorities, momentum, and transitional moments.
• Draft, edit, and disseminate internal announcements regarding organizational changes, product updates, milestones, and other company-wide initiatives; ensure that internal and external communications are closely aligned, synchronized, and strategically sequenced.
• Over 10 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, AI, or go-to-market industries.
• Strong history of data storytelling and the ability to translate research into earned media and thought leadership.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, ranging from concise messaging to extensive content development.
• Proven experience in leading product launches, managing product PR, and simplifying complex technical narratives.
• Familiarity with media relations, analyst relations, crisis communications, AI/ML technology, and product communications.
• Possess a builder’s mindset: comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration with teams in Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Executive leadership.
