• Lead Strategic Technical Discovery and Workshops
• Engage in comprehensive technical and business discovery sessions with enterprise clients
• Analyze systems, integrations, and dependencies to clarify the operational environment
• Facilitate impactful discussions that minimize risk and expedite consensus

• Collaborate with Professional Services to maintain alignment throughout the delivery process

• Lead conversations regarding enterprise data privacy, InfoSec, and systems integration
• Clarify how Introhive interacts with platforms like enterprise CRMs and downstream AI/Data Lake architectures
• Build trust among executive and technical stakeholders
• Link Capabilities to Business Outcomes and Value
• Transform complex product capabilities into clear, value-based narratives
• Identify and articulate high-value, quick-win use cases for immediate results
• Support “land and expand” strategies that yield measurable impacts
• Assist in Strategic Sales, Renewal, and Expansion efforts
• Provide technical leadership on high-value deals, renewals, and expansions
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Customer Success, and Services
• Reconnect solution design to business outcomes for at-risk or strategic clients
• Elevate Consulting Standards
• Exemplify world-class solutioning and discovery practices
• Mentor colleagues and develop reusable frameworks for consistency and impact
• Share insights to enhance technical credibility across the GTM team
• Feed Field Insights Back into Product and GTM Strategy
• Relay recurring patterns, integration gaps, and client challenges to Product and Marketing teams
• Transform on-the-ground intelligence into actionable recommendations for product and go-to-market strategies
• Over 10 years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or professional services roles within complex B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
• In-depth expertise in data, CRM, API integration, and enterprise architecture
• Strong executive presence
• Highly skilled at leading strategic and technical discussions with senior stakeholders
• Advanced solution design capabilities grounded in practical feasibility and measurable impact
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements
• Profound understanding of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
• Strong consultative skills
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Services teams
• Ability to distill complexity for business leaders while enhancing clarity for technical teams
• Passion for team leadership and mentorship
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and related CRM ecosystems
• Exposure to relationship intelligence, analytics, or data enrichment technologies
• Experience in professional services, legal, or financial sectors
