Principal Client Onboarding & Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of enterprise project delivery from start to finish

• Drive onboarding and integration initiatives for intricate North American enterprise accounts

• Develop and uphold comprehensive project plans

• Proactively identify and manage risks as they arise

• Ensure that each integration addresses the client's established use cases

• Foster strong relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders

• Facilitate client meetings with well-defined agendas and timely follow-ups

• Provide consistent updates on project status

• Serve as the primary point of contact for North American Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Architecture teams

• Collaborate closely with the EMEA Professional Services team

• Evaluate and enhance delivery processes and contribute to onboarding and training efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in technical project management within an enterprise SaaS organization

• Strong expertise in APIs, data feeds, and system integrations

• Ability to engage effectively with senior commercial and technical stakeholders

• Demonstrated project management discipline with detailed planning and risk documentation

• Familiarity with the structure of retailers and their technology stacks

• Highly organized and accountable
