This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Oversee and manage the complete sales process – from pinpointing suitable business initiatives and crafting a competitive value proposition to negotiating and finalizing deals.
• Establish and nurture high-level executive/SVP relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Significantly enhance the existing strategic relationship by broadening current engagements and acquiring new business divisions.
• Analyze and comprehend the internal business processes of prospective clients.
• Engage with the Partner Ecosystem (Resellers and System Integrators).
• Conduct sales calls at customer locations to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Internal Ecosystem (Matrix Organization – Channel, Sales Product Specialist, Technical community, and Customer Success Organization).
• Skilled in forecasting and evaluating revenue opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute effectively to achieve business goals.
• Exceptional sales skills paired with a proactive hunter mentality.
• Strong resilience coupled with self-motivation and integrity.
• Familiarity with CAD, PLM, ALM, AR, IoT, and ERP solutions is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills in both English and Italian.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales-related roles within Discrete and Process Manufacturing industries.
