πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Analyze intricate business loan applications and conduct independent credit assessments.

β€’ Evaluate the financial status of borrowers, including management, operations, loan structure, and overall credit risk.

β€’ Assess risk, design credit solutions, and either recommend, approve, or decline credit applications within set lending authority.

β€’ Oversee a designated portfolio through continuous monitoring, risk assessment, portfolio analysis, client credit solution development, and addressing emerging credit issues.

β€’ Collaborate with Relationship Managers, sales teams, and credit leadership to meet business goals and tackle complex credit challenges.

β€’ Ensure the prompt completion of loan applications and portfolio management tasks.

β€’ Offer subject matter expertise, guidance, and review support to junior credit professionals.

β€’ Assist in credit evaluations, loan decisions, and approval consensus when appropriate.

β€’ Comply with relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and mandatory training.

β€’ Stay updated on regulatory and credit-related changes.

β€’ Manage significant projects or processes with minimal supervision.

β€’ Mentor, review, and delegate tasks to junior professionals.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; a suitable combination of education and experience may be accepted.

β€’ Generally requires 6–8+ years of relevant experience.

β€’ Profound understanding of the job area.

β€’ Capability to analyze complex business loan requests and conduct independent credit evaluations.

β€’ Familiarity with borrower financial status, management, operations, loan structure, and overall credit risk.

β€’ Competence in evaluating risk, structuring credit solutions, and recommending, approving, or declining credit applications in line with lending authority, credit policy, and business requirements.

β€’ Knowledgeable in portfolio monitoring, risk rating, portfolio analysis, client credit solution development, and addressing emerging credit issues.

β€’ Awareness of applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and required training.

β€’ Ability to remain informed about regulatory and credit-related developments.
