Principal, Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee business development initiatives for LHX Processing and Data Storage solutions within the Military Avionics division.

• Drive and manage customer engagement, strategy formulation, business case creation, and business capture efforts.

• Handle business account management, which includes S&M and B&P budgets as well as CRM oversight.

• Create comprehensive business plans for 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year timelines.

• Prepare and present both written and oral reports to customers and senior leadership.

• Assess emerging technologies while remaining updated on industry developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience.

• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.

• If no degree, a minimum of 16 years of related experience is required.

• Active Secret Security Clearance is preferred.

• Experience as a pilot for F-35 and/or F-22 is desirable.

• Experience with USAF acquisitions, including F-35/F-22 SPO, CCA (Collaborative Combat Aircraft), SAF/AQ, and ACC A5/8.

• Graduate of the USAF Weapons School and/or experience in OT&E (Operational Test & Evaluation).

• Strong understanding of the principles and theories of electronic warfare, RF, and sensing technologies.
