Principal Business Analyst – ENT International, OLM & RLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Plan, manage, and implement ENT International operating mechanisms within OLM and RLM organizations.

• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams across global markets.

• Foster alignment among cross-functional stakeholders to enhance execution discipline and visibility into the business.

• Assist in ROI-focused decision-making and prioritization discussions with leadership teams.

• Examine revenue, mix, pricing, profitability, and commercial performance trends throughout RLM International.

• Contribute to forecasting inputs, AOP alignment, business reviews, and performance tracking initiatives.

• Aid in strategic planning and marketing efforts through insights driven by analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar functions.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link data to business decisions.

• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in international and highly matrixed organizations.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Power BI and enterprise reporting systems.

• Experience with systems such as OneStream, GSR, Salesforce, Control, or similar platforms.

• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex subjects.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Proven autonomy, flexibility, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Capability to manage ambiguity and independently drive outcomes.
