Principal Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with multiple Scrum teams to establish requirements for intricate platform initiatives.

• Convert business needs into precise, organized directives for engineering teams.

• Deconstruct unclear issues and assist in formulating practical solutions.

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to facilitate delivery.

• Ensure synchronization among teams working on related systems and integrations.

• Aid in achieving consensus on scope, dependencies, and priorities across teams.

• Participate in sprint activities and assist in PI planning.

• Recognize risks, gaps, and dependencies and facilitate resolution among teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in intricate IT or data-focused environments.

• Significant experience collaborating across multiple Scrum teams in an Agile setting, ideally within SAFe.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear technical directives for complex systems.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the skill to organize ambiguous challenges into clear solutions.

• Experience working closely with engineers and architects in cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with systems that involve numerous integrations and dependencies.

• Excellent communication abilities; capable of presenting complex subjects clearly and aligning stakeholders.

• Proficient in navigating high levels of ambiguity and fostering technical clarity across teams.

• Upper-Intermediate+ proficiency in English.

• Experience in projects related to AI or blockchain technology.

• Knowledge of data platforms or systems that are complex and integration-heavy.

• Understanding of AI-driven data workflows, data transformation, or data lineage.

• Background in fintech or private market sectors.
