This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop and implement strategies for modernizing applications on legacy platforms and enhancing user experiences.
• Create and advocate for architectures that prioritize API-first, microservices-first, and event-driven designs.
• Offer architectural guidance and mentorship to Team Leads and engineering teams.
• Assess current systems to formulate migration strategies, conduct risk assessments, and define target architectures.
• Collaborate with clients and business leaders, confidently presenting proposals and negotiating technical strategies with challenging stakeholders.
• Establish and promote enterprise-wide architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Assist with integration efforts involving legacy Enterprise Service Buses (ESBs) and contemporary integration platforms.
• Over 7 years of experience in Telecom, Contact Center, Customer Experience (CX), or similar large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in successfully transitioning legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
• Profound technical knowledge in: API-first architecture principles.
• Microservices design patterns.
• Event-driven and distributed systems.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure, or GCP). A cloud certification is highly sought after.
• Understanding of modern frontend and user experience (UX) frameworks to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Preferred: TOGAF or an equivalent architecture certification.
• Practical experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of contact center technologies and customer engagement software.
