Delivery Architect – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in designing solutions and oversee the technical implementation process.

• Enhance sales initiatives by evaluating solution designs, project scope, and implementation strategies.

• Examine and convert both business and technical requirements into detailed architectural plans.

• Ensure optimal instance health by guiding the correction of configurations.

• Partner with clients to create governance processes that facilitate successful go-lives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in architectural and consulting positions, with an emphasis on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software).

• Preferred background in technology consulting from a Global System Integrator and/or SaaS/Cloud organization, specializing in architecting complex enterprise systems.

• Experience with Fortune 500 companies, as well as in Telco/call center network/infrastructure roles.

• Prior experience in Enterprise Architecture with relevant certifications (e.g., Togaf, IT4IT, CCIE).

• In-depth knowledge of the call center technology stack and communication platforms (CpaaS).

• Familiarity with systems architecture and scalability in high-performance solutions.

• Understanding of data sharing, visibility aspects, and authentication protocols (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
