Principal Application Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address daily incoming customer support inquiries throughout the EMEA and UK regions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for intricate issues and escalations.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.

• Conduct training sessions and foster knowledge development within the team.

• Assume responsibility for managing escalations, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.

• Function within a flat team structure, handling both first-line and advanced support roles.

• Balance the delivery of operational support with strategic contributions, including mentoring and process enhancement.

• Participate in special projects and process improvements.

• Work with both Unit4 ERP and ERPx, starting with ERP and expanding expertise through a rotation program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Unit4 ERP (mandatory).

• In-depth knowledge of the Financial/Logistics module.

• Basic SQL skills (querying, troubleshooting).

• Strong English communication abilities (both written and spoken).

• Capacity to manage standard support cases as well as complex escalations.

• Willingness to travel to the Wrocław office 2–3 times annually.

• Advanced SQL skills (preferred).

• Experience in mentoring or coaching peers (preferred).

• Background in delivering training (preferred).

• Prior experience managing escalations within a support setting (preferred).
