Principal Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary analytics leader responsible for daily coordination, tracking issues, engaging with Government stakeholders, and ensuring alignment of contractor resources across various workstreams.

• Deliver comprehensive leadership, coordination, and accountability for the execution of contracts in the areas of fraud analytics, emerging risk response, and portfolio reporting workstreams.

• Aid in portfolio-level execution by monitoring completed tasks, upcoming activities, staffing risks, dependencies, quality assessments, and necessary documentation within Government-designated systems.

• Convert analytical insights, model/rule performance outcomes, fraud metrics, release plan results, and operational indicators into concise recommendations for Government stakeholders and senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred).

• At least 8 years of experience in leading complex analytics, compliance, fraud detection, risk management, or regulatory analytics initiatives.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting fraud analytics, compliance analytics, or similar analytics within a federal agency or a similarly intricate regulatory environment.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.

• Must possess an active IRS MBI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
