This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Takes a pivotal role in executing employee and patient experience survey initiatives.
• Design and implement employee and patient surveys.
• Facilitate focus groups and conduct interviews.
• Develop dashboards using Qualtrics and Tableau.
• Analyze results and prepare executive presentations.
• Provide essential insights to HR and the business.
• Conduct intake meetings with key business stakeholders.
• Offer guidance on best practices for developing survey items.
• Collaborate with HR and the business to pinpoint critical business questions.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses to assess the effectiveness of key experience programs.
• Assist in the execution of job analysis and assessment activities.
• Conduct scientific evaluations of roles across the organization.
• Aid in the execution of Strategic Workforce Planning projects.
• Gather data to assess capability gaps and derive key insights to shape talent management strategies.
• Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
• Over 6 years of experience in an I/O Consulting or People Analytics role, with a focus on Employee Listening/Experience for at least 3 of those years.
• Proven history of exceptional service delivery and change management in a global context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Qualtrics (Surveys & Dashboards).
• Experienced with Tableau.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills, including experience speaking to large audiences, senior leadership members, and conducting training sessions.
• A strong intellectual curiosity with a desire to understand and assist the global organization in preparing for the future of work.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data, analytics, and business acumen to solve complex business challenges.
• Capacity to draw conclusions from diverse data sources, swiftly identify key insights, and connect findings to implications while providing recommendations.
• Ability to present analytic results in a clear, business-friendly format that highlights key business implications and motivates action; must create visually appealing Executive Summaries using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint).
