📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of feasibility strategies at the study level to enhance trial optimization.

• Champion feasibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching program goals.

• Integrate and analyze feasibility, operational, and enrollment data from diverse sources.

• Assess the clinical trial landscape and utilize advanced data mining techniques.

• Function efficiently within a dynamic study environment.

• Share insights, assumptions, and recommendations to facilitate effective study planning.

• Guide junior team members, promoting the growth of their analytical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or allied health discipline (or equivalent industry experience).

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in clinical research, feasibility, clinical operations, or study initiation within a sponsor or CRO setting.

• At least 5 years of practical operational feasibility experience supporting complex studies or programs.

• Proven experience in leading feasibility strategies for intricate studies or programs.

• Established track record of influencing decisions regarding site selection, enrollment strategies, and accelerating studies.

• Experience across various therapeutic areas or late-phase programs with increasing strategic responsibilities.

• Proven ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret complex feasibility, operational, and enrollment data.

• Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on solution-oriented and creative problem-solving.
