This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of significant challenges from the initial discovery phase through to launch, measurement, and iterative improvements.
• Leverage AI to enhance engineering methodologies and product delivery.
• Rapidly prototype, validate hypotheses, and utilize functional software to provide clarity.
• Uphold exceptional standards for quality, reliability, security, privacy, observability, and execution.
• Design and develop comprehensive AI services for retrieval, context, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Streamline go-to-market operational processes and enhance internal team efficiency.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, encompassing customer and internal team discovery, success metrics, workflow and UX design, data evaluation planning, and iterative product releases.
• Develop shared AI abstractions and tools, including prompt and tool patterns, logging, monitoring, and reusable components.
• Influence data and system architecture to enable AI to integrate longitudinal signals from product, billing, support, and operations, and recommend subsequent actions.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and elevate standards for AI-augmented engineering and AI-driven feature operations.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Solid engineering principles across systems, data, APIs, product surfaces, and infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing production work from problem identification through to launch and iteration.
• Utilizes AI tools and agents as integral components of the engineering workflow.
• Capable of enhancing engineering velocity while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience in automating workflows at personal, team, or company levels.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and transforming unclear challenges into deliverable software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Strong dedication to privacy, security, reliability, and building customer trust.
• Experience in launching AI-powered products, workflows, or internal tools into production.
• Familiarity with retrieval, tool utilization, evaluation, monitoring, orchestration, or agent workflows.
• Background in vertical SaaS, education, fintech, healthcare, CRM, ecommerce, or other operations-intensive fields.
• Experience in constructing AI-enhanced systems.
• History of collaborating with internal stakeholders to devise innovative solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
