This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take complete ownership of the sales cycle, ensuring success from initial engagement through to long-term growth, expansion, and customer advocacy.
• Engage in strategic prospecting by connecting with senior AI executives and C-suite professionals at targeted organizations, using a consultative approach to grasp their strategic objectives and pinpoint valuable AI use cases.
• Collaborate with senior AI leaders and C-suite stakeholders to identify significant opportunities and co-create customized AI solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships by becoming a trusted advisor, fostering long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Business teams.
• Lead revenue generation by driving new business and growth through consistent value creation in the region.
• Execute go-to-market strategies by developing sales playbooks and partnership models, establishing campaign priorities in coordination with demand generation and marketing teams.
• Oversee sales engagement by leading the development of complex proposals, conducting solution presentations, and negotiating commercial terms in collaboration with the pre-sales engineering team.
• Ensure sales operations excellence by maintaining CRM integrity, monitoring pipeline health, and utilizing data to enhance conversion rates.
• Provide market intelligence by sharing insights with marketing and product teams to refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions and value messaging.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in the realms of AI, data platforms, engineering tools, or technical deep-tech products.
• Possess a hunter mentality, motivated by new business opportunities, with a strategic approach to closing deals while also understanding various account management techniques.
• Ability to establish trust with technical buyers and convey complex value propositions in a straightforward and persuasive manner.
• Familiarity with AI concepts (100–200 level) is preferred; additional insight into selling to data science, machine learning, cloud, data, or platform engineering teams is a plus.
• Comfortable operating within fast-paced scale-ups, embracing ambiguity, acting with urgency, and thriving in cross-functional settings.
• Proficient in CRM software and various sales tools, with a solid understanding of metrics and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, with the capacity to explain intricate information clearly and succinctly.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a distributed team, effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, agile startup environment.
