This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take complete ownership of the sales cycle – From initial engagement to long-term success, including expansion and advocacy.
• Engage in strategic prospecting – Collaborate with senior AI executives and/or C-suite members at target organizations using a consultative approach to understand their strategic priorities and identify high-value AI use cases.
• Partner with senior AI leaders and C-suite stakeholders to uncover impactful opportunities and collaboratively shape tailored AI solutions.
• Foster relationship building – Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and nurture long-term collaboration with key stakeholders across Engineering, Product, innovation, and business teams.
• Lead revenue initiatives – Drive new business and expansion through sustained value creation for the region.
• Execute go-to-market strategies – Develop sales playbooks and partnership models, and set campaign priorities in collaboration with demand generation and marketing teams.
• Oversee sales engagement – Lead complex proposal development, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations alongside the pre-sales engineering team.
• Ensure sales operations excellence – Maintain CRM accuracy, monitor pipeline health, and utilize data to enhance conversion rates.
• Provide market intelligence – Share insights with marketing and product teams to refine ideal customer profile (ICP) definitions and value messaging.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in AI, data platforms, engineering tools, or technical deep-tech products.
• A natural hunter—motivated by new business opportunities, with a relentless and strategic approach to closing deals, while also understanding various farming techniques.
• Ability to build trust with technical buyers and effectively communicate complex value propositions in a straightforward and persuasive manner.
• Familiarity with AI concepts (100–200 level) is preferred; additional points for experience selling to data science, machine learning, cloud, data, or platform engineering teams.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced scale-ups—you embrace uncertainty, act with urgency, and excel in cross-functional settings.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools, with a comprehensive understanding of metrics and data.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a distributed team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, agile, start-up environment.
