Principal AI Engineer – Automation & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows and automation solutions across various enterprise functions, including R&D, Engineering, Professional Services, IT, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

• Develop production-ready systems such as multi-agent workflows, RAG-based applications, document intelligence, and summarization pipelines.

• Quickly prototype, validate, and launch solutions in a matter of weeks rather than months.

• Convert business challenges into functioning AI systems.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance outputs and promote adoption.

• Provide consistent outputs with weekly or bi-weekly releases.

• Create and uphold reusable assets, including prompt templates and integration tools.

• Offer technical direction to a small team of AI engineers and automation experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.

• 6–10+ years of software engineering experience with recent hands-on involvement in AI/LLM systems.

• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying:

• LLM-powered applications.

• Agentic workflows.

• Automation solutions in live production settings.

• Strong practical experience with tools such as:

• Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, NotebookLM (or similar AI-assisted development tools).

• LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.

• Proficiency in:

• Python.

• API development and system integration.

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
