This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance existing enterprise accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and increased platform utilization.
• Discover customer needs through thorough exploration, align them with our value proposition, and effectively communicate our unique value.
• Manage the complete sales cycle within current accounts utilizing the MEDDPICC methodology, which includes qualification, development of business cases, forecasting, and value-based negotiation.
• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with essential stakeholders within client organizations.
• Provide precise and timely forecasts and updates regarding accounts to the sales leadership team.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and influence the product roadmap based on client insights.
• Over 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Demonstrated success in account expansion and revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of application security and risk management.
• Proficiency in the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Exceptional relationship management abilities.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
