This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Collaborate with customers to formulate, implement, and monitor both short-term and long-term account goals.
• Assess existing data and subjective feedback to enhance business outcomes.
• Recognize internal stakeholders and buyers through personal assessment and by establishing robust communication channels with customers.
• Employ comprehensive and effective account planning strategies for both short-term and long-term objectives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to establish targets and track progress in relation to customer objectives and Citrix goals.
• Oversee account performance against set milestones and timelines.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of your customer's business, prioritizing their future success.
• Interact with customers to convey effective messages that propel the sales cycle forward.
• Make informed decisions on challenging issues after a thorough risk assessment.
• Cultivate enduring strategic relationships with customers.
• Offer tailored resources necessary to effectively leverage identified touchpoints.
• Must have a local presence in Italy and be willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Proficient in the Italian language, both spoken and written (preferably native).
• A team player capable of leveraging, orchestrating, and managing the broader Account Team.
• Possess an open and continuous learning attitude with a growth mindset and a 'can do' approach.
• Ability to navigate complex processes related to Deal Strategy, Commercial Approvals, etc.
• Background in the Public Sector Vertical - experienced with specific Public Sector/Government requirements, ordering processes, tenders, etc.
• Responsible for providing weekly Forecast and Pipeline Updates to Sales Management.
• Familiarity with established sales tools such as CRM (Salesforce), Office products, and Collaboration Tools.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English are essential.
