This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and cultivate relationships within a designated portfolio of FSI accounts, fostering trust with both business and technical stakeholders over time.
• Build and sustain connections with senior decision-makers and influencers throughout IT and Lines of Business.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of each client's business strategy, operational model, and technological landscape.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between their objectives and internal teams.
• Manage and nurture senior relationships across a portfolio of substantial FSI accounts, achieving trusted advisor status with executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Lead engagements across complex, multinational customer settings, coordinating various business units, locations, and functions.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of each client's business strategy, operational model, and technology landscape to proactively identify opportunities.
• Take ownership of customer outcomes, ensuring alignment between client objectives and internal execution.
• Direct complex, high-value sales cycles from beginning to end, including structuring, negotiating, and finalizing contracts worth six to seven figures.
• Navigate intricate procurement, legal, and commercial frameworks within regulated FSI environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineering, Architecture, Product, Customer Success, and partners to achieve cohesive customer outcomes.
• Ensure rigorous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and effective deal governance.
• Exhibit strong domain credibility within FSI, including knowledge of regulatory environments and transformation priorities (e.g., digital banking, claims modernization, fraud prevention, risk, and compliance).
• Convert technology capabilities into business outcomes pertinent to regulated, enterprise-scale organizations.
• Function as a senior voice of the customer internally, shaping product direction, sales strategy, and customer success priorities.
• Facilitate participation in customer briefings, executive workshops, and industry events.
• Proven experience managing large, multinational FSI clients within the DACH region, with direct oversight of complex enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated success in leading and finalizing multi-million dollar, multi-year agreements within intricate sales environments.
• Strong history of navigating multi-layered stakeholder landscapes, including engagement at the C-level.
• High level of accountability and ownership, maintaining a consistent focus on achieving measurable customer and commercial results.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to discovering and converting new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage both business and technical audiences at a senior level.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both German and English are required; additional European languages are a plus.
