Principal Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Align sales strategy to drive growth and revenue generation for both new and existing businesses, including renewals, new sales initiatives, and share-shifting opportunities throughout the account.

• Advance the annual account sales strategy and execution; conduct continuous market landscape analysis and research to pinpoint key opportunities and risks.

• Negotiate lucrative contracts to optimize Sabre's revenue streams.

• Collaborate with the sales organization to ensure effective customer management and long-term commercial success.

• Implement and uphold efficient sales management practices to provide accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts that support business expansion.

• Market new solutions to both existing and prospective customers to achieve annual regional sales objectives.

• Establish and nurture a high level of customer engagement at various tiers, positioning Sabre as an innovative leader in the region.

• Deliver regular, comprehensive status updates and activity reports regarding customer interactions and solution performance to leadership.

• Work in close partnership with product management, customer engagement, delivery, care, and consulting leaders to ensure alignment of activities (including identifying new opportunities, implementation, and execution) with the overarching corporate strategy.

• Support the comprehensive management of the account by closely collaborating with support, delivery, and operational teams to ensure continuity of services and smooth ongoing account operations.

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal leaders and stakeholders across Sabre, taking responsibility for collaboration and global process development across all segments in the region.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience.

• A degree in a relevant field.

• In-depth understanding of the market landscape, including familiarity with key players, the competitive environment, significant trends, opportunities, and challenges.

• Demonstrated experience in selling and successfully closing negotiations.

• A genuine passion for and success in managing and expanding a sales organization.

• Proven capability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization, with strong skills in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• A professional demeanor and business acumen, along with articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills.

• Critical thinking abilities with the foresight to anticipate potential issues and propose innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of resourcefulness.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the travel/hospitality markets and/or enterprise software sector.
