This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for advanced deposition engagement with key OEMs, while collaboratively sharing responsibilities with R&D, BU, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain partners.
• Oversee intricate OEM evaluations and qualifications in the role of program manager, ensuring clear understanding of scope, roles, timelines, and decision-making points.
• Utilize subject matter expertise while ensuring strong external ownership and robust internal alignment.
• Provide a smooth, coordinated experience for customers through consistent and aligned Entegris engagement.
• Maintain a high level of technical fluency in ALD and advanced deposition principles to facilitate effective customer and internal engagement, including the capability to:
• Interact confidently and credibly with customer engineering teams.
• Pose insightful, constructive questions that clarify customer needs, technical limitations, and decision-making factors.
• Retain working knowledge of precursor materials and qualification considerations to engage credibly and support effective decision-making.
• Convert customer discussions into clear and well-aligned internal actions and priorities.
• Exhibit strong communication skills both internally and externally, ensuring clear and targeted information sharing and consistent messaging to customers.
• Collaborate closely with customers by adapting to their pace and responding with urgency and agility.
• Lead and influence internal teams to achieve a similar level of responsiveness and execution excellence.
• Manage execution details related to open order reviews, RMA coordination, quote follow-up and status clarity, and escalation management.
• Proactively identify technical, commercial, supply, and timing risks and spearhead effective mitigation strategies.
• Recognize opportunities for systems-level enhancements (processes, tools, workflows) that can enhance speed, transparency, and execution quality.
• Work with cross-functional partners to design and implement sustainable process improvements.
• B.S. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; candidates with a PhD and strong relevant technical skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• Over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor technology sector.
• Experience in supporting semiconductor equipment OEMs is strongly preferred.
• Background in account management, technical program management, or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Familiarity with advanced deposition, ALD, precursor materials, or materials qualification programs is strongly preferred.
• Experience in execution-critical, escalation-prone customer environments.
• Proven success in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
